Job Summary :

This role requires attending to inbound calls and providing resolution to investors and distributors related queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handling inbound and outbound service-related queries on call.
• Guiding existing and Prospective investors for making investments.
• Ensuring delivery of accurate and complete information on calls.
• Adhering to the Call Scripts/Process notes/Regulatory & statutory guidelines etc.
• Consult and follow up with the Registrar.
• Service TAT Adherence. i.e., Ensuring resolution to queries on the same day.
• Maintaining minimum average call duration.
• Documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Ensuring High Performance Standards.
• Ensuring a positive Net Promoter score.
  • Ensuring High Call Quality Standards.
• Achieving Client appreciations.
• Should be open to share new ideas, best practices, new methods, technical suggestions that leads to an optimistic impact on business and processes and contribute to the Growth of the Organisation.
