Job Description

Voice Process Agent

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based healthcare clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information regarding patient billing, insurance claims, and payment processes.
  • Assist in resolving billing disputes, coding issues, and payment discrepancies related to healthcare claims.
  • Follow up with insurance companies to check on the status of claims and ensure proper payment processing.
  • Verify patient details, insurance coverage, and eligibility as part of the revenue cycle process.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, claims, and payment updates in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams (such as medical coders, billers, and claims processors) to ensure efficient and accurate processing of claims.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including call handling, issue resolution, and case follow-up.
  • Stay updated with changes in healthcare policies, billing codes, and insurance procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

-Entry Level-Probationary Associate (PA): ₹1.8-2.4 Lakhs per annum.

-International Voice Process-Patient Calling (PC): ₹3-5 Lakhs per annum.

Additional benefits include free cab facilities, a 5-day work week & monthly production incentives.
