This role involves handling inbound calls for a U.S.-based logistics company, assisting customers with shipment inquiries, providing updates, resolving basic issues, and supporting sales and service teams. ·      As part of our outsourcing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and professional communication with clients across the U.S. logistics and transportation sector.   Key Responsibilities: ·      Handle inbound customer calls related to freight shipments, order status, and service inquiries. ·      Provide accurate and timely information regarding logistics services. ·      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch, tracking, and issue resolution. ·      Maintain a professional tone and high-quality customer experience on every call. ·      Log call details and update systems (CRM, TMS) as needed.   Requirements: ·      Excellent verbal communication skills in English. ·      Confident and customer-focused approach. ·      Ability to handle calls professionally and calmly under pressure. ·      Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours. ·      Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or logistics.   What We Offer: ·      Fixed salary plus daily incentives. ·      Full training on U.S. logistics processes. ·      Opportunity to grow within the company. ·      Supportive and professional work environment.
