Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proven experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining exceptional service standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding customer service metrics is a plus
• Prior experience in the insurance or fintech industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
