Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Voice Support:

  Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers with a professional and helpful demeanor.

• Issue Resolution:

  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries regarding products or services.

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Compliance:

  Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

• Adaptability:

  Navigate through multiple tools and systems while engaging with the customer.

Candidate Requirements

• Education:

  Graduation is mandatory.

  (Candidates must have completed their degree in any stream).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1+ years of "on-paper" experience

  in an International Voice Process. Experience must be verifiable with relieving/experience letters.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.

• Flexibility:

  Must be comfortable working in a

  24/7 rotational shift environment

  , including night shifts.

• Technical Skills:

  Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
