Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues. You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. By asking targeted questions to customers, you will quickly understand the root of the problem. You will guide clients through a series of actions over the phone to resolve technical and product-related issues. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role. Even freshers can apply for this position. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, especially Windows, is required. A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products is essential. You should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and be familiar with remote desktop applications. We are looking for individuals with good problem-solving and communication skills. You should be able to provide step-by-step technical and product assistance. Proficiency in English is required, while fluency in Hindi and any one Vernacular Language would be an added advantage. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, rotational week offs, and public holidays to support our customers is necessary.
