Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Provide email support to customers through various channels (e.g., chat, email).
• Handle customer queries and concerns via phone calls, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance metrics.
• Utilize blended process techniques to resolve complex customer issues escalated from semi-voice processes.

Desired candidate profile:-

• Strong communication skills with excellent written English proficiency for effective email writing and query solving.
• With 6 months or more customer service experience is preferred but Freshers are also welcome to apply
• High School Diploma
• Experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector is a plus
• Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
• Computer savvy
• Ability to work on semi-voice processes, including voice support if required.
