About Company

Our client offers modular kitchen and interior solutions, combining design, quality products, and installation services. They focus on in-home consultations, custom kitchen designs, and project execution.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support connecting customers with our design, sales, and installation teams during evening/night hours, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.


Key Responsibilities

•Receive and respond to inbound client queries related to kitchen designs, consultations, product specifications, pricing, installations, and after-sales service.

•Follow up on leads and client inquiries generated during evening hours; coordinate with the sales/design team to set up in-home visits or consultations.

•Provide accurate information about Express Kitchens’ product offerings, pricing, promotions, and service terms.

•Log support tickets or requests, escalate issues to design, operations, or installation teams, and track resolution until closure.

•Maintain CRM or client database with up-to-date interaction records, feedback, and status updates.

•Assist clients over calls, email, or chat in a polite, professional manner during off-hours.

•Collaborate with on-ground teams (designers, installation, operations) for smooth handoffs and ensure client expectations are met.

•Identify recurring customer issues or feedback and propose process improvements to enhance client support.


Skills & Competencies

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .

•Strong listening and customer empathy.

•Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.

•Basic computer skills: CRM tools, MS Office, email, chat platforms.

•Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

•Work ethic and reliability in working night shifts.


Eligibility & Qualifications

•Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

•Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.

•Willingness to work in the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM shift.

•Ability to work independently and in a team.

•Comfortable handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
