Customer Service Representative

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a professional phone etiquette.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share best practices.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
