Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role located on-site in New Delhi. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the representative will support order processing, manage returns and exchanges, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns
• Experience in order processing, managing returns, and exchanges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
