The Video Editor will be responsible for video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics work to create engaging and visually appealing content for the brand. Your Role: Be the Founder’s Right Hand - Provide strategic support and manage high-priority projects to drive Gush Beauty’s vision forward. Growth Strategy and Execution - Develop and execute growth strategies across digital marketing, partnerships, and product initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement campaigns that boost customer acquisition and retention. Partnership Development - Identify and build strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and other brands to expand Gush Beauty’s reach. Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements to drive mutual growth and value creation. Project Management - Manage and execute high-priority projects to fuel growth. Work cross-functionally to align resources, meet deadlines, and proactively troubleshoot obstacles to ensure success. Experimentation and Innovation - Run and analyze A/B tests and pilot initiatives to discover new growth opportunities. Recommend and implement innovative approaches to differentiate Gush Beauty in the market and foster a loyal customer base. What We’re Looking For: A proven track record in building a brand or scaling a startup from 0 to 1. A business school background OR experience in consulting, analytics, or marketplace management. You will be responsible for every piece of visual communication that is released across all brand channels You will be working closely with the marketing and branding team to understand the vision for the brand and marry it with your skill to develop a distinctive visual communication that is relevant to our TG You are expected to be up-to-date with upcoming and current design trends in the market and should be able to develop disruptive visual communication pieces that work for the brands benefit You will be working with the internal and external design teams to ensure that all design specifications are implemented with accuracy Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity in the team so to encourage new ideas You should be constantly working towards developing the brands design language to create a seamless and rich experience for our consumers You are immersed in the beauty industry and understand market sentiment You also have an aesthetic eye that aligns yourself with Gushs personality and vision Job Requirements ????
