Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The CRM Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensuring successful implementation to enhance customer retention and growth. The role requires close monitoring of customer feedback and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
