Customer Relationship Management Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager in the Tiles & Sanitary industry based in Sector 17, Faridabad, your role will involve managing relationships with high-value clients and ensuring a premium customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution. - Aligning the sales team to client needs and ensuring on-time deliveries. - Maintaining enquiry capture sheets, client records, and follow-up schedules. - Providing suggestions for improvements to the Managing Director to enhance customer experience and boost sales. - Ensuring a premium customer experience from the first interaction to post-sales service. - Supporting the sales and operations teams in implementing CRM strategies. - Collecting and analyzing client feedback to enhance showroom processes. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - A Graduation qualification. - A minimum of 2 years of experience. - Proficiency in CRM tools and software, including enquiry tracking, follow-up management, and escalation protocols. - Excellent communication (spoken & written) and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with high-value clients. - Ability to understand customer preferences and offer personalized solutions. - Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury showroom. - Strong follow-up, multitasking, and organizational skills. - Analytical skills to monitor CRM data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
