Customer Support Executive

Salary -3.5 LPA to 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from processing to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers regarding delivery status.
• Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve any delays or issues in shipment.
• Handle customer queries related to order status, delivery timelines, and post-delivery support.
• Address and resolve complaints regarding damaged products, initiate replacements, and follow through till closure.
• Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to ensure seamless replacement or refund processes.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional responses.
• Follow escalation protocols when required to resolve complex issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer support processes.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
• Good understanding of order processing systems and logistics tracking.
• Experience in handling damage claims and product replacements is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and order management systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of queries efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or IT hardware domain.
• Experience working with Lenovo or similar brands would be an added advantage.
