Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling inbound/outbound calls or chat support.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
  • Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
