Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer messages, resolving issues, updating customer records, and collaborating with other departments to improve service quality.

• Experience in improving Customer Service and Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with team members
• Previous experience in similar roles or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
