Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Generate new leads and maintain customer database. Handle customer queries politely and provide correct guidance. Conduct regular follow-ups to increase conversions. Update customer details in CRM/Excel and prepare call reports. Achieve individual and team targets as per company goals. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and convincing skills. Fluency in Hindi / English (or local language). Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM). Prior experience in telecalling/tele-sales will be an added advantage. Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
