Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our customer service team. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing information about financial products (Demat account, Insurance, SIP, etc.), and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients and leads Explain products and services clearly (training will be provided) Follow up with interested clients Maintain call records and client updates Support CRM & sales process coordination Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) Basic computer or mobile usage skills Polite and professional behavior Graduate (preferred) Freshers can apply
