Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Care Executive, your role will involve providing excellent customer service in the food industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating excellent communication skills with impeccable spelling and grammar. - Making phone calls to address customer needs effectively. - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a customer-oriented manner. - Interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently. - Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately. - Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Collaborating with colleagues when necessary and providing feedback on customer service efficiency. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering professional support and assistance. - Proficiency in Excel and Google sheets for efficient handling of tasks. - Demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. - Staying calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Any Degree - Strong Communication Skills - Proficiency in Multiple Languages: Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil - Experience in customer service and call centers - Comfortable using computers This is a permanent job opportunity located in Trivandrum with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm.
