Job Description

Waiter:

Age: 25 - 35

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:Greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
Order Management:Accurately recording orders using POS systems and communicating them to kitchen and bar staff.
Food and Beverage Service:Serving food and drinks to customers, ensuring correct presentation and prompt delivery.
Table Maintenance:Clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
Payment Handling:Processing payments efficiently and accurately.
Customer Satisfaction:Addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Essential Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and kitchen staff.
Customer Service: A friendly and attentive demeanor, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a clean workspace.
Teamwork: Collaborating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service staff.
Problem-Solving: Addressing customer issues and finding solutions in a timely manner.
