Responsibilities Assist the Bakery Manager in overseeing daily operations. Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure high performance. Maintain quality standards for all baked goods and customer service. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Requirements Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling tasks.
