Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of restaurant/Bakery operations, including menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting servers and hosts during peak meal periods. You will track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering when necessary. Additionally, you will take ownership of budgets and implement cost control methods to minimize expenses. Your role will also involve addressing customer needs, comments, and complaints, as well as training and supervising restaurant employees. Your excellent conversation skills and ability to use selling and up-selling techniques at all times will be crucial. You will work closely with management to achieve revenue targets. Preferred experience in the restaurant and Bakery industry is desirable. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any - Experience: 0 to 8 years Please note that the salary for this position is 15000 with free accommodation and food provided.
