Archer Chess Academy brings a decade of expertise in delivering online chess coaching for children aged 4 to 15. Our team comprises certified, extensively trained coaches who provide high-quality and interactive tutoring sessions. With a robust Remote Learning program, students can access lessons conveniently from their desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. We are proud to have consistently helped our students surpass expected performance levels, fostering a lifelong love for chess.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a seamless customer experience. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound communications, assisting with customer needs, supporting coaching operations, and maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Proficiency in managing and improving Customer Experience
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and build positive relationships
Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries promptly
Experience in an education-related or service-oriented industry is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, Communication, or a related field
