Job Description As a Chess Coach at Archer Chess Academy, your role will involve conducting chess classes and offering personalized coaching sessions to children aged 4 to 15. You will be responsible for developing lesson plans, monitoring student progress, and organizing chess events and tournaments. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing feedback to students and maintaining a positive learning environment. Your expertise in chess, coupled with proficiency in using digital tools for remote learning, will ensure exceptional coaching sessions that help students surpass expected performance levels.
