Role Description This is a full-time role for a Chess Coach located on-site in Jaipur. The Chess Coach will be responsible for conducting chess classes, offering personalized coaching sessions, developing lesson plans, and monitoring student progress. The role also includes organizing chess events and tournaments, providing feedback to students, and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Expert-level knowledge in chess and experience in coaching chess Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop lesson plans and monitor student progress Proficiency in using digital tools for remote learning and interactive sessions Experience in organizing and managing chess events and tournaments Patience and enthusiasm for teaching children of various ages Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports, or related field is a plus Certification from a recognized chess organization Show more Show less
