Customer Service Officer

Package

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (13 months' salary + discretionary bonus; negotiable)
Provident Fund: 12% on basic salary (no ceiling)
Mobile Allowance: ₹1,000/month

Key Requirements

Based in India, available to work remotely
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
Experience in the steel, metal, or manufacturing industry
Strong command of English with excellent written communication
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with procurement platforms
Proven coordination with departments like Logistics, Finance, or HR
Familiarity with MENA or African markets
Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic or French is a plus)
