Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails with professionalism and clarity.

• Guide prospective students and their parents through our admissions process, providing detailed information about our courses and offerings.

• Conduct telecalling to follow up with leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and meet monthly admission targets.

• Coordinate class schedules, student onboarding, and daily administrative tasks with teaching and operations teams.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student communication, admissions status, and feedback using our CRM software.

• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and promotional activities.

• Handle student queries and concerns in a solution-oriented and empathetic manner, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in sales or telecalling, especially in education or training sectors.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional local languages beneficial).

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to meet targets and thrive in a results-driven environment.

• Positive attitude, approachable, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
