Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their mutual fund investments. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new products and services related to mutual funds. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues impacting customer accounts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds and financial markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in using technology and software applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
