Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their mutual fund investments. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to financial services. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using technology and software applications.
