Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
Provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and policies.

Job Requirements
