Customer Service Officer

Role Overview: As a Customer Services Executive for the banking sector at JK HR Services, you will closely collaborate with the Team Leader, Sales Manager, and Branch to source Business Asset Products from the Branch Customer base, HNW of the Branch, and Open Market. Your daily tasks will include visiting the Allocated Branch for lead generation, updating the Lead tracker register, checking and collecting original documents including KYC, visiting customers" residences/offices for document pick-up, submitting files/applications, submitting Daily Sales reports, and achieving defined targets. You will also be responsible for collecting Pre and Post sanction documents. Key Responsibilities: - Source Business Asset Products from Branch Customer base / HNW of the Branch / Open Market - Visit Allocated Branch daily for lead generation and update Lead tracker register - Check all documents in Originals, including KYC, and sign OSV - Visit customers" residence/office to pick up documents and submit files/applications - Submit Daily Sales report and Achieve defined Targets - Collect Pre and Post sanction documents Qualifications Required: - Graduate - Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Local Language) - Selling Skills, Customer Oriented, and Relationship building Please note that the job is Full-time and the education requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
