Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer based in Kolkata. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction across interactions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their needs, enhancing their overall experience, and ensuring that service standards align with the company's mission to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain effective communication and relationships with customers.
• Proficient in Customer Service, Support, and Satisfaction to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience by understanding customer needs and delivering personalized interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
