Role Overview: You will be working at the Highcourt OPPO Service Center from Monday to Saturday in a full-time position. Your main responsibilities will include providing service to customers, handling queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure will be necessary for this role. Additionally, you will be required to have good presentation skills and knowledge of Excel. Key Responsibilities: - Provide service to customers at the OPPO Service Center - Handle customer queries and issues effectively - Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided - Demonstrate good presentation skills - Utilize Excel knowledge for data management and reporting Qualifications Required: - Any Diploma/Degree - Good communication skills - Willingness to work under pressure - Female candidates only - Knowledge of Excel - Higher Secondary (12th Pass preferred) Please note: The company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
