Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, resolve inquiries, support customers with various updates and requests, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and empathy.
• Address customer questions, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, escalating to higher levels as necessary.
• Provide support to customers regarding our products and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and service satisfaction.
• Maintain registers and records of inward and outward correspondence in an organized manner.
• Handle customer requests including ID updates, address/email changes, bonus releases, name/country corrections, resignations, trip-related tasks, and walk-in queries, forwarding cases to the Delhi office as needed.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

• One-two years of experience in same or related field.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
