Customer Service Manager

Job Summary: myTVS is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and manage the in-house customer service team while also overseeing third-party call center operations. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and generating sales through effective tele sales strategies, including abandoned cart recovery.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and lead the in-house customer service department, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.

 Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the internal customer service team to achieve performance targets.

 Manage and coordinate with third-party call centers for outbound calling, especially for abandoned cart and lead follow-ups.

 Drive revenue growth through telesales by optimizing scripts, processes, and conversion strategies.

 Monitor call quality, productivity, and sales performance across both in-house and external teams.

 Analyze reports, KPIs, and customer feedback to continuously improve service and sales outcomes.

 Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align customer communication with ongoing campaigns and offers.

 Travel as required to effectively manage and audit third-party call center operations.

Required Skills;

 Proven experience in telesales and customer service management, preferably in a call center environment.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Hands-on experience managing third-party or outsourced call centers.

 Ability to drive sales through structured telesales and follow-up processes.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

 Comfortable working with CRM systems, call center dashboards, and performance reports.

 Willingness to travel for operational and team management needs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
