- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide assistance in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with customers
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer data is handled and stored according to privacy regulations and company policies.
- Effectively manage time and handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality service.
- Prioritize tasks and handle urgent requests promptly and resolve within effective time frame.
- Candidates holding experience in UK/ US Voice / Chat process
- Candidates ready to work in UK Mid /Night Shifts are preferred
