Customer Service Executives

As a Customer Service Representative, your role involves assisting customers with their product/service related queries to ensure their satisfaction. This includes collecting feedback, addressing concerns/complaints beyond product issues, and following up on issues until they are resolved satisfactorily. You will focus on achieving first call resolution and ensuring customer delight. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to the leadership team and adhere to assigned SLAs. It is crucial to document customer details and actions taken for resolution, as well as report any challenges or improvements to the higher-ups. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of the e-commerce model - Strong customer focus, ownership, and proactiveness - Flexibility to adapt to business needs - Time management and multitasking abilities - Proactive attitude towards taking up additional responsibilities - Receptiveness to feedback and eagerness to learn - Team player with a collaborative approach - Experience in handling domestic and international clients, managing high volumes of emails, calls, and chats - Minimum 3 months experience in an international BPO setup Please note that the salary for this position is INR 25,000 for freshers and INR 33,000 for candidates with experience.
