Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are urgently hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for our International Voice US Campaigns
  • Ideal candidates must have strong communication skills, prior BPO experience, and the ability to work night shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls from US customers with professionalism & empathy
  • Resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high CSAT
  • De-escalate customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Share accurate product/technical information
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow
  • Mentor and support new joiners when required

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / BPO
  • US Voice Process experience highly preferred

Skills

  • Excellent English communication (neutral accent preferred)
  • Comfortable with Night Shifts
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, ability to work under pressure
