Customer Service Executive Yes Bank (Thane - Kasarwadawali)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week offs
  • Must be willing to work from the Thane Kasarwadawali location
