Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to
loan products
(personal, home, vehicle, education, and business loans).
Provide accurate information regarding
loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI schedules, repayment options, and pre-closure procedures.
Assist customers with
loan application status
, documentation requirements, and processing timelines.
Resolve
customer queries, complaints, and escalations
within defined SLAs while maintaining service quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments such as
Loan Processing, Collections, and Credit Teams
for issue resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Educate customers about
digital banking tools, repayment reminders, and financial products
to enhance customer engagement.
Ensure adherence to
RBI guidelines, data privacy, and compliance policies.
Contribute to
continuous process improvement
by sharing feedback and suggesting solutions to enhance customer experience.
