Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinating with freight management teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Assisting in freight forwarding processes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in service delivery and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service efficiency.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer trends and service challenges.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of service management and freight operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in customer service and logistics.
This position offers an annual salary of

3,50,000

and is scheduled for
