Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services to customers, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally and resolve their issues.
• Explain products or services clearly to customers and encourage them to make purchases.
• Generate leads and set up appointments for sales teams.
• Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales where possible.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and polite communication tone at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate qualification.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred.
• Good communication skills in [local language/English/Hindi as required].
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
