Customer Service Executive

ob Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can efficiently handle client interactions, coordinate with field teams, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and the ability to solve problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and field teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain and update daily reports using Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table, etc.).
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor field team performance and ensure task completion within timelines.
• Prepare MIS reports and share daily/weekly updates with management.
• Identify operational gaps and provide effective solutions.
• Support internal teams to achieve service-level targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (compulsory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle field staff and manage on-ground coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Positive attitude, multitasking capability, and team spirit.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in customer service, operations, or coordination preferred.
