• Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

Resolve customer queries related to mutual fund investments, transactions, statements, and service issues.

Assist clients in onboarding, completing KYC, and understanding investment platforms (BSE Star MF, MFUtility, CAMS, etc.).

Coordinate with back office and operations teams for issue resolution and service requests.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM tools.

Provide timely follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Educate clients on new offerings, services, and digital platforms.

Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory norms. Required Skills:

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.

Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products (training will be provided).

Customer-centric mind-set with a problem-solving attitude.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred. What We Offer:
