Customer Service Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals for our US-based team. As a Collection Process Specialist, your primary objective will be to collect due payments from customers who have missed their credit card payments for 90 days by making outbound calls and convincing them to settle their outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers who have missed their credit card payments
• Convince customers to pay their outstanding balances
• Document customer interactions and payment agreements

Shift Timings:

• Rotational shifts between 5:30 PM to 10:00 AM
• 5 working days per week

Ideal Candidates:

• Skilled communicators with excellent negotiation skills
• Customer service experience welcomed
