Job Opening Customer Support Executive- voice process-BPO

Location: Chennai, Kovilapakkam

Languages Required: Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam

Experience Level: DRA Certificate holders preferred

Education Qualification: Any Graduate

Working Hours: Shift timing 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week with 1 fixed weekly off

Salary: Up to 25,000 take-home per month

 

Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam and capable of handling customer queries efficiently. This role involves assisting clients, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service while working in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries in Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

Maintain records of interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience

Follow company policies and maintain service quality

 

Requirements:

DRA certificate preferred

Any graduate with excellent communication skills

Ability to work in shifts and manage tasks efficiently

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
