Profile : Customer Service Executive

Process : Domestic Voice Process

Hindi is mandatory.

Salary : Upto 3.5 LPA (Depending upon last drawn and communication skills)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies.
Resolve customer issues at first point of contact wherever possible.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
