Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Process:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain product or service details and convert leads into sales.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
  

For Customer Service Process:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chats.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when needed.
  

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 02 years (Freshers are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills, CRM tools preferred).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
