Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations support at SBI Mutual Fund, located in Kumbakonam i. The Operations Manager will oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operational activities. Responsibilities include managing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, improving operational efficiency, and coordinating with teams to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves staff performance management, resource allocation, and implementation of company policies to enhance operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and operational management skills, including workflow optimization and resource management.
Experience in compliance and regulatory adherence within the financial industry.
Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement strategies.
Team leadership, collaboration, and staff performance evaluation skills.
Effective communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with mutual fund operations and financial investment products is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
