We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Delhi. The role involves interacting with new users registering on the Sarth legal app and gathering meaningful feedback to help us improve the platform used by citizens, lawyers, law firms, and the wider legal fraternity across India.
Call newly registered Sarth users daily and understand their onboarding experience
Take structured feedback on app usage, challenges faced, suggestions, and overall satisfaction
Maintain detailed call logs, feedback reports, and follow-up requirements
Assist users in basic troubleshooting and guide them on app features
Share user insights with the product and support teams for improvements
Ensure high-quality communication and user satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong people skills and a friendly, patient approach
Ability to articulate user feedback clearly
Basic understanding of mobile apps; interest in legal/tech domain is a plus
Prior customer service experience preferred
